Farnborough Air Show
The 2010 Farnborough International Airshow, held from 19th-24th July, proved to be the busiest year yet for PremiAir, despite initial fears that the economic downturn would result in reduced attendance.
PremiAir flew some of the largest aircraft manufacturers and corporations into this prestigious event from The London Heliport at Battersea, with the entire fleet booked for the first three days of the show (the trade days). Attendance appeared to be very high on the ground, boosting hopes that the aviation industry as a whole has begun to see a pick up in business.
Passengers flying from The London Heliport enjoyed their first taste of the newly opened terminal facility adjoining Hotel Verta (due to open later this year). The spacious, VIP heliport lounges played host to a large number of clients flying with PremiAir, who were whisked quickly and efficiently in and out of Farnborough, avoiding the traffic jams that stretched for miles around the airport during this event.
