LPCS will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to luggage. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their luggage is loaded/unloaded at all times, if accompanying the luggage on the journey.
LPCS or its representative reserve the right to refuse passengers or to make the journey due to excess luggage as this is would result in the vehicle being unsafe whilst in motion.
If you have any complaints or concern about our services, Please contact us by phone or e-mail to report it within 48 hours.
Advance booking is always recommended; late bookings are accepted subject to availability and confirmation by phone or e-mail.
LPCS reserve the right to change current tariffs without prior notice.
The whole journey should be booked in advance with any extra stops, pickups or drops on the way, otherwise there may be an additional charge if the Driver has to make a stop or any other diversion that wasn’t booked in advance (minimum £5).
Airport meets include 1 hour waiting after flight landing any extra waiting time will be charged at £5 for every 15 minutes thereafter, there is no extra charge for flight delays.
LPCS shall not be held responsible for missed airline flights due to causes beyond our control or insufficient time being allowed for the journey.
LPCS shall not be liable to the client or be deemed to be in breach of the Contract by reason of any delay in delivery or in performing, or any failure to perform any of the service if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as causes beyond our control directly or indirectly:
Car Parking and entrance fees (if any) will be charged at cost.
Cancelations
LPCS reserve the right to invoice/charge the client at a relevant 50% unless a prior cancelation by phone or e-mail of at least 2 hours has been given.
